Trade Register's Advisory Service in notification and registration matters

The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) and the Finnish Tax Administration have a joint notification procedure in the online service at ytj.fi, which means the following:
- The PRH gives advice on matters that you need to file with the Finnish Trade Register. See the company forms entered in the Finnish Trade Register.

On the prh.fi website, you will find instructions for filing notifications and general information about the Finnish Trade Register. The website also has links to the online filing service at ytj.fi and to paper notification forms.
