How to monitor the changes in your company’s details in the Trade Register
We inform your company by email as soon as your notification of changes has arrived at the Finnish Trade Register if
- the company’s email address is recorded in the Trade Register
- the email address is working.
The Finnish Trade Register will send you an email within approximately one hour after your notification has arrived and recorded in the Trade Register system. Click here to see what the email message (in Finnish and Swedish) from the PRH looks like.
The service is free of charge.
If you, after having checked the details, suspect that someone has filed without permission a notification with the Finnish Trade Register in your company’s name, you should contact the Trade Register’s advisory service immediately. See the contact details of the Trade Register’s advisory service.

How do I submit the company's email address to the Finnish Trade Register?
You can submit the company’s email address and its changes to the Finnish Trade Register in the online service at ytj.fi. Please note that the online service is only available in Finnish and Swedish.
The notification is free of charge.
Please note that the email address submitted to the Finnish Trade Register is public information and it is shown in the company search at ytj.fi and in other business information services.
