Charter of association

Make a charter in Finnish or in Swedish about the founding of your association.

The charter must be signed by at least three founding members who are 15 years of age or over. Read more about how to file a start-up notification.

How to make a charter

When you file a start-up notification, use the charter template in Finnish or in Swedish. Copy and fill in the charter. Enclose the signed charter with the start-up notification.

We also accept an electronically signed charter. The printout must clearly indicate the system used for signing and that the document has been signed.
