Processing of applications at PRH

The processing starts as soon as we have received your application. First, we carry out a formal examination to make sure that your application includes all necessary documents and that the application fee has been paid.

After the formal examination, we carry out a technical examination, where a patent examiner specialised in the technical field makes a novelty search and assesses the patentability of your invention.
