Schedules for registration notifications to the Finnish Trade Register towards the end of the year

The Finnish Trade Register receives significantly more notifications towards the end of the year.

Merger or demerger

If you want a merger or demerger to be registered before the end of the year, the deadline for notifications is Monday 4 December 2023.

Enterprise mortgages

If you want a merger or demerger to be registered before the end of the year, the deadline for enterprise mortgage applications and notifications regarding a merger or demerger is Friday 8 December 2023.

Other notifications

Unfortunately, we may not be able to register other notifications by the end of the year. As we announced earlier, if we received your notification by 1 November 2023, we aim to register it by 31 December 2023.

Please note that online start-up notifications and notifications concerning the right of representation (for example, changes to the board of directors) filed using the online service at ytj.fi are registered quickly. Read more about the processing status of your notification.
