Schedules for registration notifications to the Finnish Trade Register towards the end of the year

The Finnish Trade Register receives significantly more notifications towards the end of the year.

Online start-up notifications and notifications concerning the right of representation (for example, changes of board of directors) filed in the online service at ytj.fi are registered rather quickly.

We have two schedules depending on the type of notification.

Merger or demerger

If you want a merger or demerger to be registered before the end of the year, the deadline for notifications is Monday 4 December 2023.

All other notifications

If we receive your notification by Wednesday 1 November 2023, we aim to register it by 31 December 2023.
